After carefully assessing your needs, skills and goals we can create a tailored training program to help you achieve your target. Our program focuses on improving correct movement biomechanics, compensating unilateral overuse caused by playing volleyball, improving agility, speed/quickness, explosive power and endurance.
Every lesson targets:
- Key areas of the beach volleyball biomechanics.
- Improving your movement efficiency and overall health.
- Strengthening your core.
- Improving your posture and compensating unilateral volleyball movement.
- Improving your agility, hand/ball-eye coordination, speed and explosive power.
Everything using the most natural ways, so you learn how to work with your body to make yourself the best athlete possible and live without pain. Sessions include body-weight workouts, isometrics, resistance bands and other highly efficient cutting-edge methods.
After our 12 week program, you’ll feel healthier, stronger and you’ll be faster, jump higher, hit the ball harder, you’ll have improved control over your body and your ball handling will be top notch. 12, 24 and 36 week programs available that focus on the key areas and needs of every beach or indoor volleyball player.
And even if you don’t play beach volleyball, the amazing feeling of being fit and strong is worth it!
