Sinjin Smith’s Beach Volleyball Camps
Legendary beach volleyball players Sinjin Smith and Randy Stoklos started Beach Volleyball Camps in 2003 to help boys and girls of all ability levels learn to play their favorite sport in a fun and safe environment. Today, the concept is flourishing with camps taking place all summer long in 13 beach communities dotting the beautiful Southern California coastline. Our flexible programming makes it easy to sign up whether you’re looking for a month, week or just a day of fun and instruction.

FOCUS ON THE FUNDAMENTALS
Campers learn the proper techniques for playing the game from one of the most skilled players to ever set foot on the sand. Campers are divided into groups based on age and skill level. Sinjin Smith serves as Master Coach, personally training all Beach Volleyball Camps coaches, and makes frequent appearances at camp locations.
MEDICAL HISTORY FORM
It’s very important that you print, fill out and bring this form on your first day.
NOTE: BVC staff members are not responsible for monitoring personal medications and are not authorized to dispense, hold or monitor medications under any circumstances. If you have a medical condition that requires medication be available to you on-site, please notify the Site Director to make arrangements.
BAG or BACKPACK
Campers are responsible for carrying their own belongings. BVC coaches are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Place your name and any other identifying information INSIDE your bag.
Camps are conducted on the beach and sunscreen is essential. Even if you apply sunscreen at home, bring a container to re-apply later.
Dress in a swimsuit or other comfortable beach clothes (shorts, t-shirt, tank top.) We recommend light colors that reflect sunlight and keep you cool. All campers will receive an official BVC camp t-shirt on the first day of camp.
Bring sandals or shoes to walk between parking lots, restrooms and courts. Bring sand socks or athletic socks in case the sand gets very hot.
HEAD & EYEWEAR
Bring a hat or visor and sunglasses.
LIGHT SNACKS & PERSONAL BEVERAGES
Water is provided on-site for all campers at regular breaks. If you want something else to drink or eat—like energy bars, sports drinks or fruit—bring it.
BEACH TOWEL or MAT
FULL-DAY CAMPERS SHOULD BRING A SACK LUNCH
